About Us
Louise Healy
Louise is a future trends forecaster, cultural strategist, and creative director with 20 years of experience. She’s worked with global brands like Samsung, Chanel, Google, Ikea, and Adidas, blending visual storytelling, foresight, and strategy.
A graduate of University of the Arts London, she began her career as a fashion stylist and art director, creating editorials for Vogue, GQ, and Harper’s Bazaar, and collaborating with artists such as Mark Ronson. She later transitioned into trends and forecasting, driving innovation and brand strategy for brands.
Currently, she is a Senior Lecturer at the London College of Comms, teaching future forecasting and creative direction. Her published research explores the intersection of consumption, identity, tech, and sustainability.
Natalie Alexander
Natalie is a creative director, graphic designer and illustrator, and with 20 years of experience spanning retail, gifting, homewares, and kidswear. She graduated with a first-class BA in Graphic Media Communications and began her career in Toronto, designing for brands like Coca-Cola, Labatts, and the Olympics.
She’s worked on in-store and event POS, packaging, and branding and helped redesign the retail concept for Indigo stores, developing styles and patterns for multiple departments. She’s also created print and packaging for jewellery, gifting, and accessory brands.
As the founder of Mifkins, an inclusive children’s greeting card brand, she’s licensed her designs at key shows around the globe. Her client list includes M&S, Waterstones, Liberty, and Selfridges. She’s also led the creative direction for three consecutive Home & Gift shows, elevating the event’s look and feel through her designs.
